Hello! I’m Phoebe, a California-based illustrator and character designer.

Although I later earned my illustration degree, my artistic journey began long before that. Teaching myself through YouTube tutorials, countless sketchbooks, and a genuine love for the craft. Art has always been my safe space, a place where I can quiet the world and express stories, emotions, and imagination.

I work across both traditional and digital media, exploring watercolor, colored pencil, clay, and digital painting to bring characters and ideas to life. While character-driven illustration is my specialty, my work also includes portraiture, comics, book covers, and graphic design elements. I’m continually expanding my skills and strive to create pieces that feel meaningful, impactful, and uniquely suited to each client.

As an artist, I believe in exploring all kinds of people and stories without limiting myself. What makes this work so fulfilling is the opportunity to create characters that feel authentic and diverse. Characters that someone might see themselves in, feel inspired by, or even find comfort in during difficult moments, just as many characters have done for me.
